Home of SL Benfica, Estádio da Luz opens for a self-guided visit that takes families pitch-side, through the players' locker rooms and the press conference room, before finishing in the Benfica Museum – Cosme Damião with its trophy halls, interactive exhibits and VR experiences. Football-mad kids get to walk the players' tunnel and stand next to the pitch of one of Europe's biggest stadiums. The route is wheelchair and stroller accessible, and a full visit takes around two hours — best for children aged 4 and up who enjoy sport.
